Damn straight that it shouldn't be a big deal. HOWEVER, I am
telling you that the sites I've bought on recently are
telling me they can't track them. And these aren't little
sites, but top shelf brands.

The traffic coordinator at major search end we are running
on now said that they are tracking all the click-thrus, but
I can tell you (because I'm redirecting through our server)
they really aren't. What they are tracking are the clicks on
the banner, not the clicks that result when someone selects
an option within the HTML banner itself.

This guy wasn't lying, exactly. He is tracking them. He just
isn't doing it accurately.

I guess I can't make claims that this is a widespread
problem. Maybe it is just where I'm buying.

I understand from a good source that IMGIS can track them
too.
