Mark,

I applaud your decision to do this...but wonder how much
business you have turned away? I have found that the agencies
require I use their numbers to get the buy. I also sell sponsorships,
at a flat rate (and I also overdeliver usually) but the bulk is still ROS.

Anyone from the agency side care to comment?
