Hmm, based on your first post what does it matter if you can
sell all or most of your 'inventory'?

While I can understand the Agency wanting to use it own
solution like any other agreement it must be win win for
both sides and not just one party.

A one sided agreement just leads to a very bad relationship
in the medium to long term.
