Let's see...maybe they're not interested in your site's
visitors?

If I were to run a contest to promote my company's products
or services, I honestly wouldn't promote it on yours. I'm
not interested in people who just want to enter contests. I
want people who BUY my kind of stuff, and the contest is
merely a vehicle to nudge them in my direction.

Unless you can prove that your visitors are indeed buyers of
my stuff, I don't see how I would even consider advertising
on your site.
