Greetings!
I wanted to let all of you know that Microscope
(http://www.microscope.com) will officially relaunch under
a new format on Wednesday, September 23rd.
What's different?
We will be going back to Microscope's origins and return
to a weekly banner review. The big difference however, is
that instead of having a single individual reviewing
banners week after a week, we have assembled an all-star
panel of 12 interactive professionals who will review the
banners on a rotating basis -- 3 reviewers per week. We
will announce the names and companies of our panelists
shortly before the launch.
Our panelists will be asked to judge the banners on design
and effectiveness, leaving room for general comments as
well. We will also extend the opportunity for the banner
designer to respond to the review. AND we will have reader
comments on an ongoing basis as well...
If you would like to submit a banner or banners for review
by the Microscope panel, please send the URL of the banner
location (not the banner itself) to Microscope's editor,
Claudia Bruemmer (MAILTO:claudia_at_clickz.com). Be sure to
include the name and email address of the designer or
designers, as well as agency and other relevant info.
If you would like the weekly Microscope banner review
emailed to you in full HTML, please go to
http://www.clickz.com/subscribe.html and subscribe to the
HTML edition. While there will be an option for a text
edition shown, we won't be sending it in text.
