One method of doing this that we will be implementing soon is to include
keywords in the query string of the call to the ad server.

Another method that we have already implemented to do this is to have a
robot download the page where a banner is being displayed and extract
keywords from it. These are then placed in the database and used for
targeting banners on that page.
