I've had similar interests/questions and not a lot of luck
finding such a forum, so I recently started the "Whole Net
Marketing Discussion List" at
http://www.silverbow.com/maillist.html. This new list is not
designed to compete with current (and very good) Internet
advertising lists such as Online-Ads, but rather to talk
about all the ways beyond banners and web sites that the
'Net can be used as a marketing vehicle. I would love it if
anyone on the Online-Ads list is interested in branching
out, subscribing and getting good some discussions started.
