banner testing on Doubleclick, ValueClick, Flycast

I am planning to start testing some banner advertising with
one of the following:Doubleclick, ValueClick, or Flycast. I
was wondering what experiences others have had with these
networks good and bad and are there any networks that do
cost per sale models. Any information is greatly
appreciated.
