the valuation-thread is quite interesting.
I think the most authorative (sp?) source of valuation is
the stock market.
To get the market cap of yahoo is quite easy.
Does anybody know, where one can find data on valuation of
internet stocks compared to page views? I found some data on
reach or unique users of internet sites. But if you're not
one of the really big guys, you don't have that data for
*your* server.
I think it would be rather interesting to see, what's the
valuation of a single page view of Yahoo, AOL, Sportsline,
etc.
