I have found the recent coverage of e-mail advertising
facinating. Xenon Laboratories sends out a free list of
foreign exchange rates to 52,000 subscribers each business
day (http://www.xe.net/currency/subscribe.htm). We have
invested in the service to build a large beta test group of
customers that have requested to receive information on our
new financial services. The assistance provided by
subscribers in testing the new services has been invaluable
and well worth the effort of supporting the list.
We do not carry advertising on the list. Is there an
equivalent of Double Click or 24/7 for e-mail advertising?
