PRESS QUERY: Using the Web to cut costs?

Hello,

I'm looking for examples of small businesses that have
reduced their operating costs as a result of using the
Internet. This is for possible use in a book I'm working on.
 The cost reduction could be a result of reducing phone
calls from customers or suppliers, reducing work by
automating tasks, etc. If you know of small businesses (10
employees of less, preferably) that would be a good example
and would be willing to be interviewed, please drop me a
note in email.
