Intel Missing? Text Ad Standards (Online Advertising Discussion List Archives)

All,

Just wondering if any of you or someone at Intel could tell
me about the status of Intel's Optimized Content Program.
Intel's site:

hasn't been updated since last July, as far as I can tell.
There is a notice on the site that new guidelines for
qualifying will be available 1/1/99, but those haven't been
posted either. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, the discussion on text ad standards that has been
raging on this list has been fascinating. I can't resist
putting in my 2 cents (apologies if someone has already made
this observation): I'll bet the day after we all agree to
standard sizes for text ads, the agencies start talking
about the diminishing click-through performance and "beyond
the text ad" creative! :-)
