I'll confess I am also somewhat disturbed with Alexa's ad
model. In particular, that competitor's ads can show up on a
site you are visiting, and that other advertisers whom the
site may or may not want may advertiser around their content
as well...
I'm sure it's all perfectly legal, but there's an undertow
to the whole Alexa philosophy that bugs me.
