Not to my knowledge.
One might argue a 'seed' fee would be appropriate (b/c the
currently viewed site content acts as a 'seed' for the
"what's related" algorithm), but this is analagous to a real
time search engine. Should search engines pay the same? The
market says no... sites pay them for seed words, not the
reverse. Thoughts?
Perhaps more interestingly, they are also the only company,
to my knowledge, that can track every step of a web user's
surfing (others?). This seems more interesting: will users
trade intimacy for service? They do in physical retail,
what about e-retail?
