Real Videos Ads & Sponsorship

Does anyone have any suggestions in pricing advertisements
that are Real Video clips sponsoring some webcasting
material. Say 15 second advertisement with a sponsorship
plug <"Brought to you by..."> in a two-three minute streamed
web video? <content is technology oriented> What would you
pay per watched video? Any ideas. Any suggestions of places
to look for more info on this topic would be appreciated as
well.
