Our affiliate network combines not just advertising, but all
revenue streams, including a premium business network,
commissions on e-commerce, co-op promotions, branding,
strategic linking, technology, and training. We do not rely
on any single model except our own which is designed to
evolve with the market, which is changing fast in this new
medium.

We've found that success per capita is often found in second
tier sites that are sometimes higher in quality and more
targeted, thereby providing more value to all but the very
broad brands crossing many demographic groups.

There is also little question that other centrally managed
functions in a network are far more efficient, while
creative is best conducted in smaller teams immersed in the
topic. The top sites have been moving towards a strategic
network style since about the time we announced GWIN in
October of 1996.

As is almost always the case in business, independents
resist working together in a highly organized manner, which
is also the reason why the success rate for independents is
several factors lower than in pyramid corporations, despite
the fact that the product is often better in the
independents. Anyone who has ever attempted to negotiate
volume deals will tell you that it's easier to sell shotgun
services, but they also don't work nearly as well as a
highly strategic organization.

We've recieved affiliate applications from all over the
world and have been in discussions recently with growth
funds and major companies who now know that once we are
fully funded, we will be one of the largest networks
instantly because the affiliates are pre-existing. We also
have a non-compete clause and equity incentives for strong
partners. A couple of strategic partners are also among the
group currently working with our securities attorney for a
private placement capitalization.

Our application process includes NDAs, financial statements
and resumes as well as a review of the site for quality and
strategic fit. This is a much more management intensive and
expensive model for us in the near term, but we believe it
will pay off handsomely for most in increased equity,
revenue, traffic, and knowledge. It's simply far more
efficient and intelligent than the shotgun approach to most
affiliate programs that feed off of hyper-competition.

GWIN is an exclusive network building real relationships
with affiliates and customers. More information can be found
here, including an affiliate presentation.
