The use of pop up windows might generate higher CTRs but
does that tell you the impact of negative responses toward
the companies that use them or the advertiser who is paying
for the popup? I'm neither for or against popups, but I
hesitate to measure success of a campaign on CTRs without
knowing the full price paid.
