I hate to beat a dead horse, too... but nothing is black &
white, and what doesn't work for P&G may work for another
company. Who said that "half of all advertising dollars are
wasted, but the problem is we don't know which half?"
Whether it be traditional or on-line, branding is difficult
to quantify. But sales do go up, or no one would spend the
cash.

Chew on THAT cowish truism! :-) :-)
