We have all seen in the press recently much coverage of the
launch of two independent online media agencies. First Media
21 and then I-level. Rick Sareen is a member of this list
but I don't believe anyone from I-level is.
Now I have already pinned my colours to the mast but what do
others think? Will online media be handled primarily by
specialist online planning/buying shops in the way that TV
is, or will other agencies develop the skills in house?
