Now this is the kind of constructive criticism all media
buyers and sellers should receive. Yes, it is a good idea to
recognize, praise (and reward!) a good sale, but at the same
time, there are certain areas that we should all concentrate
on. I'm the first to say that although my time management
skills are good, there are certain times when too many
things are happening all at once. But even though sometimes
there are simply too many things to do that it is virtually
impossible to answer the emails or return the phone calls,
there is absolutely no excuse for not giving a potential
client 100%. There is no excuse for a potential client not
receiving an answer to their request for a proposal. There
is no excuse for making it difficult for a potential client
to spend their money on your search engine! And if by
chance, this potential client catches you on a bad day (and
I include myself in this), and you're not able to help
him/her, and you lose a potential sale, don't whine and
complain, saying "we get a 150 emails a day". Fess up and
move on to the next client with a fierce determination to
give that client 150%. Well, that's my 2 cents...
