We're an ad agency considering purchasing online ad serving
and tracking software. I would be interested in hearing
from anyone who has purchased Adforce, Doubleclick DART,
Flycast or any of the leading ad-server packages. I'm
particularly interested in hearing from small to mid-sized
agencies billing around $100,000 per year for online banner
ads. Specifically:
Is it easy to use? How is customer service? Is the cost
justified? Do most leading sites allow third party ad
serving?
Also, is anyone else frustrated by MS Sidewalk not
guaranteeing impressions? We're sort of new to the game,
but every other site seems to have some minimum guarantee.
Also, the reporting they offer is less detailed than we
receive from other sites. Curious.
Thanks,
John Grimshaw
