Hi Jimmy,
Technically what you describe is possible. It just depends
on a lot of variables you need to elaborate on:
- Are you controlling the server that facilitates the action?
- Are you looking for a service to provide the programming?
- Are you going to run this over a long time?
I know these questions seem irrelevant to the way you posed
your question, but this would help in deciding how to go
about answering if it is technically possible for YOU to
execute this kind of campaign or if you are wanting someone
else to do it.
