How much AdSpace goes unsold?

Hello all,

I need current figures on how much banner space goes unsold
on the web. I recently read various numbers between 50% and
81%, but can't find the sources again. Of special value
would be info on how much ad space surplus search engines
have.... Can anyone point me to an URL?
