Muhammad Lee is right when he says that it's easy to build
a banner that collects E-mail addresses. I guess I'm pretty
literal, but I always like examples as opposed to
descriptions. Here's a real-life example. This HTML banner
is for the Art of The Century Sweepstakes that MMG is doing
for Art.com. A viewer can enter the contest without having
to go to the Art.com site:

http://www.mmgco.com/creative/aocvote/

The banner is currently running on Excite, Alta Vista and Yahoo.
