?Ad network support for 1/2 banners & buttons?

Hello O-A:

Are things sufficiently standardized that ad networks or
portals find it worthwhile to sell non-banner real estate
such as for 118x32 buttons or half-banners? I tried going
to DoubleClick and a couple other networks and it didn't
seem like I could make that kind of media buy easily.

(Whether these ads are worth anything is obviously another
matter... I was just thinking that if the things were
supported that might suggest that the industry thinks it's a
worthwhile undertaking.)

Thanks,

Mark Beere
