This information is still available for the .com, .edu and
.org TLDs. You can also search by Web address, NIC handle,
host IP, or lastname, firstname.

NSI has made restrictions as to the total number of records
that will be returned per query and the delay between those
record requests.

You may notice that they have made available the Domain Name
creation dates again (which is very valuable). They have
also added the following statement that appears with each
record request:
"You agree that you will not reproduce, sell, transfer, or
modify any of the data presented in response to your search
request, or use of any such data for commercial purpose,
without the prior express written permission of Network
Solutions."
