Branded Email for Small Site Publishers

I'm researching adding branded Web email to my small site
(less than 300,000 pages/month) -- offering my SurfNetKids
visitors an email address such as user_at_SurfNetMail.com

I have found the following two vendors:

Zzn.com: Zap Zone doesn't charge the publisher -- but
doesn't provide any of the advertising space for the
publisher's use. Another negative is that email addresses
are in the format: user_at_mydomain.zzn.com

Everyone.Net: No charge to publisher. 50% of ad space and
taglines (in body of each email) are provided to publisher.
And I can use my domain i.e.: user_at_mydomain.com

Anyone know of any other companies offering branded email
for small sites?
