THANKS to all who responded to my query on branded Web mail
for small site publishers in issue #75. Here's a summary of
what I've learned:

FREE EMAIL SERVICES:
Big Mail Box -- http://www.bigmailbox.com -- offers an
80/20 advertising inventory split.
Everyone.Net -- http://www.everyone.net -- offers a 50/50
advertising inventory split
MailDom -- http://www.maildom.com -- doesn't seem to be
completely up yet -- nor do they seem to offer an
advertising split
OutBlaze Ltd -- http://www.outblaze.com -- Hong Kong based.
Offers advertising split. Seems to have mostly Asian
clients.
Zap -- http://www.zzn.com -- created by CommTouch but does
not offer an advertising revenue split.

FEE EMAIL SERVICES:
Chek -- http://www.chek.com -- charges an upfront
development fee. All work is customized. Will split
advertising revenue.
Comm Touch -- http://commtouch.com/ -- Customized solutions
for large sites
Critical Path http://www.cp.net/ -- charges per mailbox per
month
USA.net http://www.usa.net -- Customized solutions for large
sites
