ONLINE ADS>> Ad serving software

I am fairly new to this list but I feel that it is time to
post. I manage accounts for several clients. Some are
publishers (content providers) who want advertisers and some
are businesses who want to advertise.

My problem is that I want to set up services for the
publishers to manage their ad campaigns so that the
advertisers will be happy with the results and can track
their success better.

So, the question is "What software do people on the list
recommend for managing ad campaigns and tracking?" I would
prefer not to use a 3rd party aggregation service since I
feel that I am already 3rd party enough to my clients and
one more company in the mix would be too much for them.

I need something that can work on different servers, can
work across multiple domains, track ads by impression and
click throughs (and more targetting if possible), can handle
multiple ad types (flash,java,etc) and finally is
inexpensive or at least worth the cost.

I have looked at central ad, double clik's DART, real media,
and some other misc. software but I need some practical
knowledge and experience from people like you who arent
using proprietary software. I dont have a big buget either
so netgravity and some of these other solutions seem out of
the question at this point.
