Outsourced ad management with affiliate support?

   Hi all. Does anyone know of a DART-like outsourced/online
ad management solution which also handles payments of shared
ad revenue out to affiliates? I know these programs exist
for shared content, syndicated content, etc. I'm wondering
specifically about ads.

  ie: You have your own N ads, and a sister site with M ads.
You sell traffic on both of the sites together. The sister
site gets a check for X% of the revenue from ads sold that
ran on their site. What I'd like is for all such payments to
be handled automatically. An example of this outside of
advertising is:

  under resellers. A friend runs a company that splits
revenue with their resellers, and it's all paid to them
directly by Epoch. Makes them feel safe they aren't being
taken advantage of, less hassle for everyone, etc.

  Where can I find the same service for ad banner sales?
