I've been looking for the same thing. I have discovered
Bluestreak but I haven't used them yet, though. It just
sounds like a very neat concept! They have a 468x60 java
banner that expands when you click on it. On the expanded
portion you can conduct e-commerce, gather registrants,
display a product etc. The price of the banner depends on
what you want to do with it. It is a Java banner that's
only like 6-8K, so it won't take ages to load. The banner
expands right on the site, then the user can close it again,
without being alienated from where they were surfing. You
