ONLINE ADS>> unsold inventory sales

I know about DoubleClick and Flycast of course. I'm not too
aware of the other less famous sites, but I know they exist,
like adsdaq. What I'm wondering is if any of you use them to
sell a high volume of unsold traffic, and if they manage to
sell it all out? Specifically, I'm looking for such a bulk
reseller that could successful get at least a $3 CPM average
on roughly 30M ad impressions per month.

Our own ad staff would be handling the 'real' sales, but
unsold inventory we'd like to be able to reliably unload in
bulk at a $3 CPM or higher.

Any recommendations appreciated!
