putting a dollar value on your website with a software
program will be close to impossible. There are a couple of
things you can do though.

1. Figure out the market capitalization for comparable
public companies / monthly PageView, take a 35-50% private
company haircut, and multiply that value by your monthly
pageviews

2. Do the same based on number of members

There are a lot of intangibles to consider as well. It is
more of an art than a science. Keep in mind, that there is
no "right" value - the only way to get to the true market
value of your site is to create a bidding war between
several people who might be interested in buying it.
