This is typically accomplished by pre-determining what the
value of a given exclusivity is worth. If your considering
exclusivity for all curling broom manufacturers as you
stated, you need to ascertain how much revenue you feel all
the curling broom manufacturers could fetch your site and
that is the figure that you charge for exclusivity. Since
it is a specialized product and I presume your site is
highly targeted as well, both the curling broom manufacturer
and you should be happy in that arrangement. The
manufacturer because they lock up strategically relevant and
important online inventory, shutting their competitors out.
You, because you don't have to sell any more to that
category and can focus your energies elsewhere.
