domain name speculation

I have a question as to the value / potential value of
Domain Names.

I currently own and maintain an E-Magazine.
www.Nitehunt.com A magazine for Sporting Dogs, and services,
etc... I also own several Domain names that I plan on
building out soon. My question is on the ethics of selling
Domain Names.

I can't see a difference between Buying and selling Domain
names and Buying and selling Real Estate. In my opinion....A
domain Name is Internet Real Estate. A location in which
your business resides. Buying a Prime piece of real estate
for investment, "or later use" is not un ethical. However,
I hear bad things about this practice, names like
squatters, etc...

If you see a nice piece of real estate sitting on a major
highway, and the property is for sale, and you want to buy
it "knowing that a major company will want want to build
their business there", what is the problem with investing
your money.

I would like to hear some opinions,
