I'm wondering what kind of experience advertisers have had
with online malls? What percent of the overall mall traffic
went to their store, did ROI match, exceed, not match
investment levels? Did online mall traffic drive any brick
& mortar traffic? Were customers getting the same user
experience they'd get if your site was a standalone? Could
people research products or was it focused on just the
e-commerce?
thanks,
Ed Lake
