Classified ads

I am long time reader of the O-A list and am looking for
advice on classified advertising.

I would like opinions on who has the best package for
managing classifieds including photos, credit card payment
and automated posting to the web?

Or am I better off with a classified hosting service?

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
