e-commerce business plan

In order to have a large Web-budget approved for 2000, it
is essential that I develop a Web business model for the
Board. Does anybody know a good on-line source of Web plans
to build a foundation? This will be a first crack at e-com
and I'd like to get a sense for what business plans
successful sites put into action. Thanks for your help!
