Targeting a niche market

We are a botique home video supplier with distribution
operations in North America and the UK. Lately we have
developed a strong programming catalog in British comedy
and drama and are looking to set up a web site to sell
directly to that niche market.

Any thoughts about how to narrow our general offerings into
such a specialty, or about any designers or marketers who
might help?
