Diana,
I would sent the mailing list a letter that starts something
to the effect of:
You are receiving this letter because you requested to learn
about gaming opportunities from (old company name) and we
wanted to let you know that we have changed our name to
Roman Casino. You will find our improved site on the web at
http://www.romancasino.com. If you wish to be removed from
this mailing list please send a message to (e-mail address
where they will be removed from future mailings).
Then continue with the letter you normally write.
They did opt-in so it is not unethical to use the list as
long as you give them a way of opting out of future
mailings.
Good Luck,
Havah Hope
