Even if you find a place that lists or agencies for that
site, you're still dealing with a middle man. I'd suggest
just going to a search engine and searching for sites that
you want to target, or find a big site and ask to advertise
and what other sites he'd suggest, or look at their linkswap
page if they have one...

Almost every site will sell you ads first-party, even if
they don't have rate-cards up (and usually if they don't,
it's going to be cheap).
