To add a note to this discussion -- I review books that
focus on small business topics. I feel I am brutally
honest as to their usefulness. At the same time, I, and
all reviewers, receive the books FREE from the publishers.
I've never had a publisher say a word about a review that
reflected negatively on one of their publications. Perhaps
they feel that any review is publicity and readers will
make up their own minds.
