Flycast: Zero-Based Media Planning, Site Neutral Optimization

Hi,

I'm new to the list and have checked recent archives for
this discussion. If this is a repeat question, please refer
me to the right archive dates.

Has there been discussion on Flycast's "Zero-Based Media
Planning, Site Neutral Optimization, and Cost Effective
CPMs" which translates to me to mean:

1) We don't "represent" specific sites.

2) We are aiming for a $6 CPM to better support ROI.

3) Targetting by content group is usually bad since you're
more likely to have a bette ROI on a site neutral optimized
campaign.

I assume this will be discussed at @d:tech next week at the
Tuesday noon Flycast breakout.
