We use Central Ad Software. We serve about 3,500,000
impressions per month. The software we bought costs $200.
Their current newer version is $500. It serves us VERY
well.

We also have WebAdverts as a back-up. It is shareware. We
tested, but do not use. Many sites do use it and we have
had no problems with it.
