Try www.Microscope.com. It's a weekly banner review site
presented by the ClickZ Network.

Each week, three panelists critique a banner campaign. The
creatives are dissected along the lines of concept, design,
execution, effectiveness, strategy, etc. The site's goal is
to inform the advertising community on banner advertising
trends, but it could also be heuristic for students.

In fact, it could be a class assignment for them to look
over the creative and description without reading the
reviews. Then try their own critique to see how it compares
to that of industry experts.
