I disagree with your oxymoronic definition of "good spam,"
particularly the part about "easy removal from mailing
lists." I should not HAVE to remove myself from the list,
as I should not have been on it in the first place.

I still think this could have been solved years ago by
simply putting e-mail in the same class of communication as
faxes. The law prohibits unsolicited faxes, and this
should be the case for e-mail.
