Question Regarding Percentage of Inventory Filled

Hello and thanks in advance for your help,

I am in the process of writing a business plan for a new Web
Site and am having difficulty trying to determine the
percentage of the total inventory of ad space (banner ads)
I can expect to fill.

The site will be directed to individuals seeking information
in a very specific area of medicine. As such, it is
expected that potential advertisers will have a very
targeted audience. These advertisers are expected to be
primarily larger companies supplying medical products and
medications to consumers.

This is a key element to the business plan. At this time I
am trying to determine an approximation of the percentage
of available inventory which will be revenue producing.

I understand that this will be difficult to pinpoint, but
any general guidelines will be very much appreciated.
