Sales of Banner Ads

My company, AudioBasket.com, is interested in serving banner
ads, but I have not yet found a solution that meets our
needs. We are looking to out source the ad management
process (to an entity such as AdForce), and we also want to
outsource a significant portion of our banner ad sales. The
interesting catch is that we also want to use an internal
sales force that would sell banner ads packaged with other
services, or offer barter arrangements. Ideally, we would
like the ad served/managed externally, with both the
external and internal sales forces drawing from the same
well of banner ads (on a first come, first serve basis).
However, the ad sales companies with which I have spoke say
this does not fall into their model. They say that we could
partition our site into two banner wells (so to speak) - one
for the external sales staff and one for the internal sales
staff. Each entity would be responsible for selling their
respective space. I do not like this option, as it is too
limiting from all perspectives.

Is anyone aware of a banner ad sales force that would work
with us on this initiative?
