1) Get program like WebWhacker and save the files to disk
and use that for class demos. This is how I demo all web
sites - from my hard drive.

2) Print Screen -- you can capture screen shots from PC or
Mac without buying 3rd party software -- then paste into
Word or Photoshop etc.
