Paul,

This topic came up in another discussion group. I have no
quantitative knowledge, but they were saying that Tuesday
and Wednesday by noon were best. They backed this up by
saying that Mondays are bad because of the overflow of
e-mails from the weekend. But Tuesday people start with a
clean slate.
